This agreement is an agreement between you or the business you represent and Innosport Marketplace Limited. It constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. By registering for or using the Service, you or the business you represent agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

We may make alterations to these terms of use from time to time to keep them updated so remember to regularly check back as the latest set will apply. In the event of a significant change to one or more of the clauses in these terms, we will notify you of the change in advance and if you are not happy with any changes, you may terminate your relationship with Innosport Marketplace. If you keep on using the Service, this will indicate your acceptance of these terms of use as altered. We may notify key changes to you, but you should review these terms of use from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Where appropriate we may notify you of changes by email or by putting a notice on the Service. We recommend you print a copy of the terms to keep for your own reference.

Setting up an Innosport Marketplace Vendor Account

Access to the Service is limited to the opening of a single account, any duplicate account(s) will be immediately deleted unless prior validation by Innosport.

Use of the Service is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. As part of the application, you must provide us with your (or your business’) legal name, Primary Place of Business address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as any other information we may request such as but not limited to:

a valid PayPal (STRIPE) business account

You agree to comply with these terms and keep your account information (including your password) secure at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of passwords and other security devices used in connection with the Service. You may not disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for all activity, liability and damage taken under your password.  If your password is compromised, you must immediately change your password.

Innosport Marketplace reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone and immediately suspend or terminate this agreement with immediate effect without liability by giving written notice to the Vendor if that breach these terms.

Selling on Innosport Marketplace

By listing an item for sale onto your Vendor account, you confirm that the item complies with the relevant terms, conditions and requirements and that you have the right to sell the item.

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information. The price stated in each item listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale. For those Vendors products sold on the platform Vendors will determine shipping and handling charges and charge reasonable fees to cover the costs for packaging and posting the items.

The Vendor must dispatch products within 3 days. The Vendor must include details of normal delivery times on the product pages, and let know the customers when they aim to dispatch the items once they receive an order. Once the order is on its way, it is the Vendor responsibility to get in touch again and let the customer(s) know when they should expect it.

Please note, drop shipping business model is not supported on Innosport Marketplace and if a Vendor is thought to be running their business as a drop shipper, then they may be removed without any prior notice.

Innosport Marketplace fees and features

It must be noted that all Fees are quoted in UK Pounds (GBP). There is no subscription fee.

The Commission Fee is set at 20% of the value of the total amount payable by a Customer in relation to each Product sold through Innosport Marketplace by the Vendor including VAT if applicable. The Vendor retains the delivery charges applying to the Product.

If the goods are returned to the Vendor according to the Refunds and Returns Policy then we reimburse the customer the full amount. We reserve the right to keep Vendors’ money for a 30 day period for this purpose.

Payments for the Products shall be made directly to us by Customers via PayPal / Stripe or Card payment. The Vendor agrees that the Customer’s obligation to pay the Vendor for Products is fulfilled when the Customer validly pays us for the applicable Product.

The Commission Fee shall be collected directly by us from payments made by the Customer.

Innosport Marketplace may decrease the Fees charged at any time in its sole discretion, however we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any Fee increases.

New rules for 2021 in relation to VAT on overseas goods sold to customers in the UK using online marketplaces. Innosport Marketplace will be responsible for collecting VAT on the sale of goods from overseas into the UK if the total value of the consignment is £135 or less. You will be responsible for calculating the value of the goods that are outside of the UK at the point of sale to a customer in the UK.
